Now that I've sent you love and no, I will never stop doing that because I love you all! The Goddess or God of the day is... APHRODITE!!!! Yay! The goddess of love!

Who was Aphrodite? Aphrodite is the ancient Greek goddess of sexual love and beauty she is also named Venus by the Romans. Aphrodite is primarily known as the goddess of love and fertility and occasionally presided over marriage.

Who did Aphrodite love? She was married to God Hephaestus, the blacksmith of the god's but Aphrodite appeared to have many lovers among the gods. Her lovers included the one and only Ares whom she loved and had a son with named Aeneas.

What was Aphrodites gender? Being the goddess of love she is demonstrated as having a masculine roles and attributes. In her romantic relationships with mortals she held the role of both woman and man.

 

What symbolizes Aphrodite Dolphins, rose's, scallop shell, Myrtle, doves, sparrow, magic girdle, mirror, pearl, and a swan.

 

Who were the followers of Aphrodite? Aphrodite main attendants we're the three Charites whom Hesiod identifies as the daughter of Zeus and Eurynome and their names are known as Euphrosyne, Aglaia, and Thalia
